Cabeza Records

Cabeza Records is a recording studio, record label, promoter and community activist. We started in the sands of Ocean Beach, CA. in 1989 recording and promoting bands with minimal gear for nominal fees, sometimes even for free. Studio rates are still on a per song and ability to pay basis. The studio now has over 25 years experience recording in San Diego. We allow artists to produce themselves with a trained engineer, or we can produce, arrange, create beats, and sound design the project as needed. The label specializes in Americana, blues, country, folk, alternative and rock bands including Country Rockin' Rebels, The Moneymen, Kris Wott, as well promoting our recording clients like Aaron Markland and Dave Gilbert. Our artists have been nominated for multiple San Diego Music awards and the label has several new projects underway.
